Although titled weight loss, I prefer to use the term fat loss. The aim here is to preserve as much of your lean muscle as possible while blasting away those unwanted fat cells by using a number of training techniques to suit you.

Cardio Vascular Training

Whether you are an experienced athlete training for a particular upcoming event or if you are new to exercise and want to improve your overall cardio levels I can help you. As well as contributing towards burning those excess calories, cardio vascular training has many long term health benefits such as improved cardiac function and reduced blood pressure. I will design you an enjoyable programme to help you reach your goal, cardio doesn’t have to be boring!

Muscle Building (Hypertrophy)

Many people find this tough and will train months or even years without achieving the results they want. Building good quality lean muscle is not easy but it is possible for anyone to achieve with the correct guidance. I will provide you with the tools and important details you need to know to help you to grow!

Strength and Conditioning

This programme is designed to specifically enhance your ability to perform in your chosen activity. We will tailor the training techniques to develop both your strengths and weaknesses.

Before I can design your personal programme we need to discuss your goals and objectives, which will take place during your free consultation. The consultation is the starting point in your journey and is a great opportunity for us to talk through exactly what you’re looking to achieve. We will discuss a number of things such as your eating habits, likes and dislikes, perceived potential barriers and lifestyle. At the end of the consultation there will be a clear strategy for me to design you a bespoke programme.
Nutrition

Last but not least, in fact probably the most important. No programme is complete without a good nutritional plan. We will look at your current diet and decide if we need to make any changes to help you reach your goal. Don’t worry, it’s not as scary or difficult as it sounds and I certainly won’t be asking you to give up all of your favourites! You would be surprised how small changes in your diet can make such a big difference.
